"Change a plastic bottle to an eco bag" action was held. (19.02.2023)

"Change plastic bottle to eco bag" action was held on February 19 in "Araz" 20 January Superstore with the joint organization of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and "Araz" Supermarket chain.

During the campaign, plastic bottles with a total capacity of 1110 liters were collected, and participants were given eco-bags instead. At the same time, the children participating in the action were given books dedicated to environmental protection covering different age categories.

It should be noted that the collected plastic waste was sent for recycling by "AzEkol" LLC.

We urge each of you to take an active part in the regularly held "Change a plastic bottle to an eco-bag" campaign, support waste sorting and recycling, and at the same time reduce the use of polyethylene bags and use environmentally friendly bags.
