As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy, the “Araz” supermarket chain, a member of the Veysəloğlu Group of Companies, continues to implement impactful social initiatives.
Within this framework, a Memorandum of Cooperation has been signed between the “Araz” supermarket chain, the Azerbaijan National Culinary Association, and the Public Union for Social Integration of Orphanage Graduates. The primary objective of the memorandum is to support low-income individuals, contribute to increasing employment opportunities, and prepare qualified professionals for the labor market.
Under the cooperation, internship programs will be organized for low-income individuals who have completed vocational training, as well as for orphanage graduates. The initiative also envisages supporting their integration into the labor market and providing them with permanent employment opportunities.
The practical outcomes of the project are expected to make a tangible contribution to enhancing the professional skills of socially vulnerable groups and helping them secure a sustainable position in the labor market. Going forward, “Araz” aims to continue implementing long-term, value-creating initiatives for society within the framework of its corporate social responsibility strategy.
