Diplomas Presented to the Next Graduates of the “Store Management” Program

Employees who successfully completed the “Store Management” program of Araz Academy, operating under the “Araz” supermarket chain, have graduated.

Within the framework of the event, a total of 125 employees were awarded diplomas. Among them, 47 were senior sales assistants–senior cashiers, 55 administrators, 21 store managers, and 2 office employees.

It should be noted that the main objective of the “Store Management” program is to ensure the professional development of employees aiming for career advancement, as well as to build a reserve talent pool for store management positions. Within the program, selected store employees undergo comprehensive training for the positions of senior sales assistant, senior cashier, administrator, and store manager. Candidates for the program are selected from among employees currently working as sales assistants, cashiers, administrators, goods receivers, and other positions.

To date, a total of 663 employees have participated in the “Store Management” program. Of these, 348 employees have successfully completed the program. 254 successful graduates have already been appointed to relevant positions and continue their activities with a new status.
