Requirements

High education

At least 5 years of work experience in the relevant field

Fluency in the Azerbaijani language (knowledge of Russian and English is desirable)

Knowledge of MS Office

Ability to analyze the market

Knowledge of reporting

Ability to work in a team

High level of oral and written communication skills

Ability to withstand stress, honest and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities:

Carrying out supply and procurement activities related to the company

Planning, directing and controlling purchasing activities

Timely provision of orders, proper execution and delivery

Market analysis, research of required goods in domestic and foreign markets

Establishing relationships and conducting negotiations with suppliers/subcontractors

Creation and regular updating of supplier list and database

Receiving proposals related to tenders and organizing them

Receiving price offers from supplier companies, conducting a comparative analysis of offers and presenting the optimal offer to the management

Planning and presenting to management the best procurement strategies to save operational costs

Preparation of reports regularly requested by management.
