English is desirable;

Minimum 2 years of experience in related field;

MS Office (must be proficient in Excel);

Analytical thinking, quick learning ability, ability to work independently and with a team:

To control the implementation of the requirements of the Food Safety Management System in markets;

Provide personnel training on minimum food safety requirements;

To ensure the control of the presence of the certificates of the products accepted in the markets, determined by the legislation;

Ensuring the execution of inspections in markets according to the plan and preparing reports based on it;

To ensure the preparation of a report on the effectiveness of the market audit;

To control the implementation of hygienic requirements by personnel;
