High education;

At least 1 year of work experience in the relevant field;

High level MS Office knowledge;

Problem solving, analytical thinking, accountability skills;

Analyze incoming applications and invite candidates to the test or interview stage, whose competence, experience and knowledge are considered to be in accordance with the required characteristics of the required employee;

Conduct initial interviews with candidates;

To provide necessary information to the candidates about the results of the interview;

To direct the candidates hired for the relevant positions to the documentation by giving a list of documents;

To conduct an interview with employees who applied for dismissal, as well as those who failed the probationary period, and to direct the employee to the dismissal process by informing the relevant structural units.
