Head of MEP and engineering department

MEP və ya müvafiq sahə üzrə ali təhsil;

Turkish, English, Russian (ability to read and understand);

In the management of technical maintenance works min. 5 years of experience;

MS Office AutoCad;

Management and leadership skills:

Organization and management of reactive and proactive technical maintenance of systems and equipment related to mechanics, electricity, transportation-lifting, farm and market activities;

Implementation of preventive maintenance strategy and continuous improvement and development to increase productivity;

Developing, implementing, implementing, dynamically monitoring, evaluating and improving equipment systems maintenance plans/programs according to best practices;

Organization and management of the work of the department's staff, evaluation and identification of training requirements;

Organization and implementation of technical service works in accordance with the requirements of existing legislation, norms and standards;

Organization and management of the department's activities in accordance with the company and general HSE rules;

Conducting inspections and audits in relevant areas, ensuring accountability, providing the most effective suggestions for eliminating identified non-conformities and risks
