Araz Supermarkets Network announces recruitment for the position of "Franchising Regional Manager"!

Requirements:

Higher education;

At least 2 years of work experience in the relevant field;

Ability to work in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);

Ability to manage, analyze and analyze;

A private car is desirable:

Responsibilities:

Ensure that stores in the respective region are ready for operation at the time of opening;

Report all issues that hinder the high performance of the stores within the region to the direct manager;

Ensuring the operation of stores in accordance with the company's activities, reporting the issues that need to be resolved to the relevant structural units and applying the appropriate solutions adopted;

Adopt and implement a hands-on approach to clearly show stores what is required when necessary;

Visiting stores at various times of the day / week, planned and unplanned, to ensure high customer service, as well as to see the business activities of the stores;

Monitor discount campaigns, compliance of the collection process with standards, compliance with shelf arrangement rules, sales trends of Private Label and Import goods, and give relevant instructions if necessary:
