- 1 onion;
- 30 g of butter;

1. Peel a squash, grate it and wash it in cold water. Potatoes are washed, cleaned and cut into cubes in the same way. Potatoes and pumpkin are placed in a pot, cold water is added to it and placed in a gas oven.
2. Finely chop the onion, fry in butter in a pan until translucent, then add the potatoes and pumpkin. Cook without covering and over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
3. After 20 minutes, puree the vegetables in the pot with a blender, add salt and pepper and cook again for 5-7 minutes.
4. When served, you can add different spices, lemon juice or olive oil to taste.

• 1.5 cups of dry rake;
• 1 onion;
• 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil;
• 1 teaspoon of salt;
• 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar;
• 3 glasses of hot water;
• 1 red onion;
• ½ dill.
1. Chop the onion and fry in plenty of olive oil. Rinse the raccoon well, strain the water;
2. Add the fried onions and fry a little more. Add salt and sugar. Add hot water and cook over medium heat until the rack is melted. Stir in the middle;

3. If the water has run low and the racks are not yet fully cooked, you can add boiling water to prevent the bottom from burning. If you can grind rags with a spoon, puree with a hand blender;
