Pizza with healthy ingredients

Today is World Pizza Day. We present you a flour-free, healthy pizza recipe that you can easily prepare at home.


- 2 eggs;
- 3 tablespoons unsalted, soft cheese (cottage cheese);
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese;
- 1 clove garlic;
- pizza sauce;
- dil cheese;
- green peas;
- spinach;
- minced meat;
- Spices you want.


Mix the eggs and soft unsalted cheese well, add the cheddar cheese and garlic. Pour this mixture into a greased round pan. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees until golden brown. Leave for 15 minutes to cool. Then spread the pizza sauce on it. You can decorate it with the ingredients you want. We offer minced spinach, green peas and minced meat. After adding the tongue cheese, put it back in the oven. Cook until the cheese is well browned. Then you can slice and serve.
