Chicken soup/ Red cabbage salad

If you do not know, we present you 2 useful and delicious recipes. Eat
let it be!

Chicken soup

• 3 tablespoons olive oil;
• 1 dried onion;
• 6 glasses of chicken broth;
• ½ cup of rice;
• 2 tablespoons yogurt;
• 1 teaspoon of flour;
• 1 egg yolk;
• ½ lemon juice and peel;
• 1 chicken fillet (diced);
• 2 teaspoons of salt;
• 1 teaspoon pepper;
• ½ Sprinkle coriander.
• Fry diced onions in olive oil;
• Add chicken broth and rice and bring to a boil;
• Mix yogurt, flour, egg yolk and lemon juice in a bowl;
• Add a spoonful of soup to the mixture and mix. Then, add to the soup, stirring slowly.
• Add the diced chicken fillet to the soup and mix. Then add salt, pepper, lemon zest and chopped coriander to the soup. After boiling a little, serve hot.

Red cabbage salad

• 150-160 g of red cabbage (1/4);
• 1 teaspoon of salt;
• 1 root;
• 1 clove of garlic;
• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar;
• 1 tablespoon mayonnaise;
• 1 tablespoon olive oil;
• 3 tablespoons yogurt.

1. Finely chop the red cabbage. Add salt, knead and wait 5 minutes;
2. Grate the carrots and garlic. Add vinegar, mayonnaise and olive oil;
3. Add yogurt to the mixture and mix;
4. Serve without wasting time. If desired, you can add olive oil and coriander.
