Rashad Mirzayev

Rashad Mirzayev graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan (APAPRA) on the specialty of “International relations”, the faculty of Political Management with distinction in 2012. After his military service, he continued his master’s education in the field of “Diplomacy” in APAPRA and graduated from his master’s education with distinction in 2015.

He started to his professional working activity as Corporate Credit Specialist in “Unibank CB” OJSC in 2014, he acted in different positions in the field of corporate credit in “Caspian Development Bank (CDB)”, “AtaBank” OJSC, “PASHA Bank” OJSC in 2016-2018.

He started to work as Leading Specialist on Financial risks in “Veyseloglu” Group of Companies since 2018. He was transferred to “Araz” Supermarket Network from February 2019, performed the positions of leading financial analyst and head of Business Control Department since 2020.

He mastered to the international financial qualification CIMA Certificate (CIMA CERT BA) and Operational (CIMA DIP MA) stages.

He continues his activity as Head of Financial Department since February 2023.
