“Vefa Zirvəsi” Project

The “Vefa Zirvəsi” project is implemented to recognize the dedication and hard work of employees who have been diligently serving in the “Araz” supermarket chain for many years. The project is organized annually as a token of thanks and appreciation for team members who have worked at “Araz” for more than 10 years.

Employees are presented with special badges and diplomas according to their length of service:

• For over 10 years of service – Bronze badge
• For over 15 years of service – Silver badge
• For over 20 years of service – Gold badge
• For over 25 years of service – Platinum badge
