“Araz” supermarket chain is one of the largest employers ensuring youth employment and nurturing professional specialists for the labor market. With the goal of developing skilled professionals in the field of retail, “Araz” implements the project “Future Leaders Grow at Araz.”
Within the framework of this initiative, 452 participants have already been involved in the Store Management Academy (SMA) program. The program is designed to train future store managers by combining theoretical knowledge with practical experience in a unique educational model. Participants of the program have the opportunity to further develop their skills in management, leadership, and customer-oriented service.
