“Araz” supermarket chain, part of the Veyseloglu Group of Companies, implements the “Role Model” (“Exemplary Employee”) project with the aim of recognizing exemplary employees in its branches, increasing their motivation, and strengthening team spirit.
Within the framework of the project, on-site voting is held among employees in the branches selected as the “Star Araz of the Month.” Based on the voting results, employees distinguished by their professionalism, customer-oriented service, and positive role within the team are awarded gifts and certificates of appreciation by the management.
