The “Cheers” project is carried out by the “Araz” supermarket chain to recognize employees' outstanding performance, increase their motivation, and create a positive working environment within the company.
Within the framework of the project, employees are evaluated in the categories of “Determined Employee,” “Team Player,” and “Brightener of the Day.” At the end of the selection process held every three months, the winners are awarded special prizes.
The aim of the project is to strengthen team spirit within the company and promote effective cooperation in the workplace.
