The “Power of Women” project, implemented by “Araz” supermarket chain to enhance women employees’ knowledge and skills, raise their professionalism, and boost their motivation, is ongoing.
As part of the project, the next master class was held with Rena Alkan, Head of the “Xoncha” Production Department. The meeting was attended by newly hired and promising female employees of “Araz” stores. Ms. Alkan shared her career journey, thoughts on the path to success, and valuable recommendations with the participants.
It should be noted that within the framework of the “Power of Women” project, meetings are organized between professional female leaders, who have achieved career advancement and currently hold senior positions, and newly hired young female employees. The purpose of these master classes is to provide motivation to women at the early stages of their careers and to help them develop leadership skills.
