To enhance the professional skills of our butchers and provide them with a closer look at work processes, an infotour was organized at the meat processing unit of the “Araz” Logistics Center.
During the infotour, our butchers were introduced in detail to the meat reception, cutting, and preparation processes. They were also given comprehensive information on food safety requirements, quality standards, and hygiene practices.
