“Araz” Supermarket Chain Launches the “Compete for Victory” Series of Events

As part of Veyseloglu Group of Companies, Araz supermarket chain has launched a series of events under the slogan “Compete for Victory” to mark the 5th anniversary of Victory Day. The initiative aims to honor our glorious triumph in the 44-day Patriotic War, celebrate the significance of November 8 – Victory Day, promote patriotism in society, and enhance employees’ knowledge, creativity, and teamwork spirit.

Within the framework of the events, various intellectual and creative competitions will be held among Araz employees, including Brain Ring, a chess tournament, and the Khamsa knowledge contest. The questions will cover topics such as Azerbaijan’s modern military history, national heroes, key stages of the Second Karabakh War, and national symbols.

It should be noted that Araz supermarket chain employs more than 13,000 people. Employee development, enhancement of professional skills, and strengthening of corporate values within the team are among the company’s top priorities.
