Within the framework of the festival, 8,985 liters of plastic and 1,890 liters of glass waste were sent for recycling, while 2,620 used batteries were directed for disposal.
The event, organized within the framework of the “Year of Constitution and Sovereignty”, was held with the support of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, Nizami District Executive Authority, “Araz” supermarket chain, and the “EcoHub” Public Union.
The main goal of the festival is to prevent waste, promote more efficient use of resources, and increase public support for recycling. During the event, citizens handed over collected waste and received “Araz” eco-bags, as well as Bloom products and other gifts.
This year, the festival was held for the fifth time and sparked great interest among residents. Entertaining master classes were organized for children, and participants gained practical knowledge about waste sorting.
📌 During the festivals held in 2025, a total of 28,105 liters of plastic bottles, 4,458 liters of glass bottles, and 4,788 used batteries were collected.
