Healthy-Ingredient Pizza
Today is International Pizza Day. Here’s a flourless, healthy pizza recipe you can easily prepare at home.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp unsalted soft cheese (cottage cheese)
- ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 garlic clove
- Pizza sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- Green peas
- Spinach
- Ground beef cubes
- Spices of your choice
Preparation:
- Whisk the eggs together with the soft unsalted cheese. Add grated cheddar and garlic.
- Pour the mixture into a greased round pan. Bake at 170°C until the top turns golden.
- Let it rest for 15 minutes to cool slightly. Spread pizza sauce on top.
- Decorate with toppings of your choice—we suggest spinach, green peas, and ground beef cubes.
- Add mozzarella, return to the oven, and bake until the cheese melts and becomes golden.
- Slice and serve hot.
