During the summer months, light and easy to prepare desserts become a favorite choice for the table. Made with just a few ingredients, these recipes not only save time but are also perfect for warm weather. One of their greatest advantages is that they require no baking. Fresh, seasonal fruits available at “Araz” supermarkets will add a special touch of flavor and freshness to your desserts.

Strawberry Yogurt

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 5-6 fresh strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar (or honey)

Preparation:

Mash the strawberries with a fork, then mix them with the yogurt and sugar (or honey). Garnish with sliced strawberries and serve chilled.

Lemon Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 200 g biscuits
  •  80 g butter, melted
  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • Juice and grated zest of 1 lemon
  • Sugar, to taste

Preparation:

Mix the crushed biscuits with the melted butter and press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a cake pan to form the base. In a separate bowl, combine the cream cheese, heavy cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, and sugar until smooth. Spread the mixture over the biscuit base and refrigerate for 3–4 hours before serving.

Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Strawberries, raspberries, or other fresh fruits

Preparation:

Mix the chia seeds with the milk and honey. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until it thickens. Before serving, top with chopped fresh fruit.
