Zaur Zeynalov, who has more than 14 years of work experience in the field of human resources management, joined the Veysaloglu Group of Companies in 2017 as the head of the Human Resources Business Partnership Department.
He received his higher education in 2006 at the National Aviation Academy at the "Economy and Law" faculty, majoring in "Management". He has Green belt in Lean Six Sigma, SHRM-SCP certifications in human resource management. In 2021, he increased his studies in the direction of business analytics, economics and financial management for managers within the CORe program of Harvard Business School.
Zaur Zeynalov implemented modern human resource management systems in leading production enterprises, distribution and retail companies of the country, and led the implementation of many projects related to the effective establishment of organizational structures and work processes.
