The “Araz” supermarket chain has launched a new communication initiative — the “Araz Talks” podcast. With this project, “Araz” has become the first company in the retail sector to start broadcasting in a podcast format.
The first episode of “Araz Talks” features Parviz Gasimov, Director of Human Resources and Business Support at the company, as a guest. The episode includes an in-depth and up-to-date discussion on “The Strategic Role of Human Resources in the Retail Sector”, along with an exchange of ideas on key issues important for the industry.
The main goal of the project is to discuss innovations, existing challenges, and future perspectives in the retail sector, as well as to encourage knowledge and experience sharing within the industry.
